• Room’s values in pesos include taxes and it only applies to Chilean guess and foreigner that live in Chile for more than 6 months.
• Special values for New Years, long weekends and September 18^th. The hotel reserves the right of direct sales of packages of 2 or 3 nights,

Season in Hotel Cirilo Armstrong

• Low 2013 / April 5^th until October 31^st
• High 2013 / November 1^st until April 4^th 2014
• Low 2014 / April 5^th until October 31^st

Hotel Regulations:

1. - Schedules, Check in Starts at 15:00 hrs / Check out is at 12:00 hrs.

2. - The hotel has free Wifi everywhere.

3. - We count with 4 close parking spaces out side the hotel that are free for our guess, another option is using Bellavista’s parking that you can pay for a day at $2.500.- Chilean pesos, Attention from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am until 00:00 hrs.

4. - Late Check out has an additional cost of $10.000.- Chilean pesos per hours staring from 12:30 pm.

5. – We have a wide lobby with bar and cafeteria for our guess.

6. – We have luggage storage and safe in our office.

7. – We reserve the right of admission to guess that haven’t done the check in.

8. – In our hotel we register all guess in our registration book and we take copies of passport or IDs.

9. – We have one crib for guess with babies until the age of 3 year old, it has to be requested at the time of the reservation.

10. – Kid pay as adults from the age of 4 years old.

11. – The hotel has a bilingual staff.

Cancelations and No Shows:

Cancelation 8 days in advance, has no charge.

Cancelation between 7 and 3 days in advance has a 50% charge.

Cancelation with 72 hours or less in advance has a 100% charge.

No shows have a 100% charge.

Hotel Security:

1. – The hotel has a frond desk and surveillance inside the hotel 24 hours a day.
2. – The hotel has the contact information of police and ambulance service if needed, expenses on the count of the passenger.
3. – The hotel doesn’t take the responsibility for thefts and incidents occur on cars parked out side the hotel. 
4. – The hotel count with parking space available on Capilla Street (1 or 2 spaces) and on Urriola Street (3 spaces) all depending on availability of the day requested, please reserve parking space when booking the rooms.

* In the case that we don’t have any spaces available we ask you to park your car in Bellavista’s underground parking place, wish is locates in the downtown area of Valparaíso and has a cost of $2.500 Chilean pesos per night or day. In the case that our guess shoos to park in Capilla Street the hotel wouldn’t be responsible for theft or accidents.

– The hotel doesn’t have insurance for accident of our guess in or out side the hotel.

• In the case of accident this is responsibility of the passenger.
• How ever the hotel has emergency contacts that can be call but the cost are responsibility of the passenger.
