Hotel Reservation Policies:
- Low and High season have the same rates.
- U.S. dollar values do not include tax and are subject to change.
- Nonresident foreigners with less than 6 months in the country do not pay VAT.
- Dates December 30, 31 and 1 and 2 of January have different values each year.
- On long weekends the hotel reserves the sale of packs of 2 to 3 nights.
To CONFIRM a reservation it is required:
- Credit card information for a charge of 50% of the stay.
- Deposit of 50% of the stay.Transfer of 50% of the stay.
Cancellations
- Cancellations with 8 days notice: No charge.
- Cancellations between 7 and 3 days: 50% charge.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 0 days 100% charge.
- No show: no refund of the amount paid.
