Hotel Policy:

Normal rate from November 1st, 2011 through October 31st, 2012.

New rate from November 1, 2012 through April 4, 2013.

Prices in american dollars are subject to change.

Prices in american dollars are only available to foreigners who have been in the country for less tan 6 months.

The dates of December 30th and 31st also January 1st and 2nd have different rates.

On long weekends, the hotel offers packages for 2 or 3 nights.

Reservation Procedures:

Visit the web-site to find the link to request a reservation (the response time for a reservation is generally 10 to 30 minutes.)

Receive a response from the reservation department indicating availabilty and rates. The hotel requires 50% of the total payment to confirm the reservation. In the response you will find two attached forms to make a payment by 1) a bank transfer or 2) a credit card payment. Then forward your completed form to the reservation department.

When the reservation department receives the information, the 50% credit card payment will be processed. Or we receive proof of a bank transfer.

reservation department will send a confirmation number to the client to ensure the reservation.

Voids/ Refunds:

Cancellations 8 days in advance: no charge.

Cancellations between 7 and 3 days: 50% charge.

Cancellations between 72 and reservation date: 100% charge.

No show:

No show: No refund of the amount paid.
