Enjoy a boating outing and tour of the bustling port of Valparaiso accompanied by a guide who will share the fascinating history of the city and its development in the 19th century as a important shipping center along the route around the southern passageway to the west coast of North America (pre Panama Canal!) The tour has several itineraries which cover different sections of the port and its many interesting historic buildings. Tours can be contracted for individuals or groups with a maximum of 8 people per boat.
In winter tours are available from 11am to 6pm. In summer (from 15th of December through 15th of March) the hours are from 9am to 9pm. In the evenings tours can be arranged from 9pm to 11pm, with the added drama and splendor of the lit skyline along the hills of the many neighborhoods of Valparaiso, a very unique experience.
Prices for groups range from $10.000 for 30 minutes and $20.000 for a full hour tour. Individual prices are $1.000 for a half hour outing, and $2.000 for a full hour.
